Golden Sierra Life Skills is a 501 (c ) 3 non-profit corporation that works with adolescents and adults to provide educational information to help you find the solutions you need to develop and maintain a healthy family and positive life style.

Tom Grayson, Executive Director, was awarded the Placer County Child Abuse Prevention Council "Putting Children First" award in the Education category for 2006. Mr. Grayson has facilitated and developed programs for the Placer County Office of Education, Nevada County Probation, Placer County Community Schools, Placer County Peer Court, Sacramento and Placer County Juvenile Justice system, and the Placer County Jail. Golden Sierra LIfe Skills has partnered with the Placer Community Action Council, Early Head Start/Head Start to oversee the Male Involvement Program. Additionally, Mr. Grayson provides the successful Men, Infants and Children Program as an educational services now available at Early Head Start/Head Start.

Golden Sierra Life Skills offers programs that asks the basic questions; "Who Are You, and How Can We Help". We do this in order to help you identify the life challenges you may be facing and move to a positive solution through our educational programs. Our programs are also offered in Spanish by Spanish speaking facilitators. Serving you effectively is our top priority.
