Tom Grayson, Founder and Executive Director of Golden
Sierra Life Skills, has worked in the field of life skills and
prevention education for 13 years.
Mr. Grayson's philosophy is, ". . . I
Give You My Broken Heart . . ." When a
man has a chance to learn how to fix his broken heart he can then open his
heart to what it takes to be a father/father figure to his children, family,
and himself.
Mr. Grayson has provided programs and training

(Junior High School Boys Group) and Mentor Program Training
Nevada County Juvenile Justice Intervention Services -
Kids In Need of Diversion/Kids At Risk Education
Brown's County, South Dakota Juvenile and Foster
Care Services - Kids At Risk Education/Kids In Need of Diversion
In May of 2010 Mr. Grayson was awarded the Placer County Youth Commission Community Hero Award given to Adults that have made a difference in the lives of Youth in Placer County.
In April/May of 2009 Golden Sierra Life Skills implemented the
Male Ambassador Program in rural villages of Kenya, in Africa.
