Mr. Grayson has provided seminars and workshops regarding Male Involvement for the California Head Start Association in which he has introduced the Male Ambassador Program for the past 5 years.  This unique and comprehensive program is designed to recruit, train, and sustain father/father figures who are involved in the Head Start Program.

Mr. Grayson uses wit and knowledge to engage training participants so they have a better understanding and appreciation of the concepts of the Ambassador Program.
